[Blender Free Tier] No available Cuda GPUS on Server?

Hi,

I have been having a problem on using Octane Free Tier Blender Version.
It shows “No available CUDA GPUs on Server” but I have 1070 ti. Interestingly, the Octane Standalone even recognizes it.
