Hello,

i ran into a strange bug since a few days,
when i use a mix shader node with my slave computer
running, i get very strong and weird fireflies on the
material concerned.
This doesn't occur when i use only my master computer,
it also only happens with Lightwave 2015.3/Octane 2020.1.5.0,
it works perfectly with Lightwave 2019.0.3/ Octane 2020.1.5.0
and also works fine with the blender plugin, the materials layers work fine too.
No changes have been made on the driver side (nor on the master or the slave), everything works fine except
this strange behaviour with the mix shader.
I reinstalled the plugin but it's still bugging
Does anyone ever had this type of issue ?
Thanks for your help !

Hmm, this is something really weird. The Octane core is the same in all the plugin builds, and of course, I suppose that the slave computer is also running always the same Octane version. Really I have no idea about what could be the problem. Can you please attach a couple of images to check the differences?

Thanks,

Hey Juanjo,

a quick feedback on the problem, it seems it
was related to a Titan card i have on my slave.
Finally the problem did also occur on the blender plugin,
i don't know why this card doesn't want to render mix shaders..
Anyhow i've disabled it and everything went back to normal.
Thanks again
Cheers
