Quick two questions...
First, I'm starting by scattering some Forester flora on a single plane. That much I can do easily with Multiflora or Octane scatter.
Now, I want to take that plane and clone it into a matrix and have the flora (flowers in my case) that I have scattered on the single plane appear on all the other clones as well.
No matter what combo of Cloners and scatterers mentions in the subject seem to work. The flowers only end up on the original plane.
Can someone suggest a simplified workflow?
Second, is there any easy way with an Octane vertex displacement set up, that I can apply something like "Current state to object" so that the deformation is applied to the object itself?
Right now, I'm using someone else's solution of using C4Ds own displacer effect and it works, but trying to get it as smooth and similar to what I created in WorldCreator is nearly impossible.
