Octane help icon

Whenever I try to click the help icon in different places of Octane all I get is a blank window. Does anyone know how I can activate this?

Have you blocked internet access (outcoming connections) for C4D?

No. I have not blocked it. Maybe it has to do something with the fact that I am using the PR version of Octane X plugin for C4d?

yes, sorry, there is an issue with help button in the Mac version, and will be fixed in the next update.
in the meantime, please use the following web version of the manual:

which help button? Most of help buttons look like working
