She will initially be helping out with administration and sales and will be providing first line and second line customer support when she's settled in in a few weeks.
Combined with the LA office which is being setup, once everything and everyone is set up, this will allow us to give near 24 hour coverage on sales/licensing and customer/community support.
Let's all give her a big welcome to the community and we'd appreciate it if "the regulars" in the community can make an effort to make the first weeks of her new position as smooth as possible,
