Spot light with noise in VDB

I place some spot light in VDB. But I get a large of noise even set samples reach 100000.

I think your spotlight is too bright, decrease brightness and increase camera exposure. Also reduce the GI clamp to "1".
And, of course, reduce the scatter depth.

Why not just use spectron vdb spotlights. I think that was the name
