Missing dll error message

Any ideas why I get the error message when loading a scene

Missing DLLs
Filename: octane3dsmax.dlr class: superclass@OxC10

Options are open or cancel
If I click open, the scene opens and it works but it gets annoying.
For instance a scene with 10 xrefs in takes ages to load as I have to wait for the error message to appear and click open 10 times as it bring in the 10 xrefs.

I think you've probably already done that, but have you tried reinstalling the octane?
