Enable RTX by default

Hi Guys,

We have quite a lot of render machines with only a command line license for C4D. On those machines we like to make sure RTX is enabled. How can we do this without opening C4D?
Is there a file we can adjust somewhere? How is this values stored? We tried adjusting it inside the standalone application but that seems to be different.

Can please explain how this works.
