i was billed twice

i took advantage of the black friday deal to renew and was billed on the 27th. I was then billed again on the 29th for the same product. How do i get a refund on the double billing?

Same story here. It looks like last year's subscription auto-renewed, which I wasn't expecting as this did not happen last year.
I've sent them an email, hopefully it can be resolved.

Yeah exactly, why didn't it do the same thing before? Plus no email warning us that our account was set to auto-renew like every other subscription service does...doesn't make any sense. I'm sure they will resolve it though.
