Install Octane- Invalid authorization code

I am trying to complete the Octane installation in Unity3d.
I have reached the step where the Activate License button appears. However when I click on it, there is the message: Invalid authorization code.

Could you please guide me how I will proceed the installation ?

Couple of things
- You need to be logged into your unity account in the editor.
- If you do not have a license, the tier needs to be set to automatic or prime.
