Hi,
I filed a bug report but was wondering if anyone who is using Octane X with an egpu ( AMD RADEON 5700 XT) had similar errors:
"Graphic Driver Error. Please check if your graphic driver and OS are up to date."
I have no idea how I can update a graphic card driver on a Mac.
I am on 10.15.7 and Octane X PR3

Thank You
Piotr

Hi,
10.15.7 should be ok with eGPU.

What kind of error are you having?
Can you share some logs and screenshots?
What about the eGPU model?
Have you correctly powered the GPU inside?

ciao Beppe

Ok, I’m already following you in this other ticket where you have shared the octane logs.

Please avoid cross posting, thanks.

ciao Beppe

Can confirm that the AMD 5700 XT card inside an Razer Core X works just fine for me with 10.15.7 and Octane X PR3.

Thank You!
Glad to know. At least it is not a hardware thing.
Cheers
