Hello,

I've imported an alembic file into c4d, added an objecttag for motion blur through vertex speed.
Now I would like to render out the animation without motionblur and export motionblur data to After effects, any hints on how to do that?

Thanks!

Hi,
you need to enable the Motion Vector pass, in Info Passes section of Multi Pass tab:
Screen Shot 2020-11-11 at 10.09.39.png
In this way, the motion blur will be removed from the beauty pass, and you can work with the Motion Vector pass in your compositing app.

ciao Beppe

Hi Beppe,

Thanks for getting back, I've tried this and indeed it removes the MB but the pass was all black.
Could this be because of the Alembic file?

Cheers,

Rizon
