Hello there,
if I try to connect the default noise shader to a default octane material node, let's say in diffuse, I get first the beachball of death on mac and after 5 secs my whole system freezes. Connecting a simple texture node to diffuse works as expected.
Here my specs:
scene: nothing in it except the material
Octane Studio PR3
Mac OS Catalina
cinema 4d r21
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
2 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

It's osl based. Osl is not working with PR3, you need PR4
