Is there a build for Houdini 18.5.351?

Also does the Houdini version support AMD Cards?

Octane X for Houdini works on AMD. Updated DCC plug-ins coming shortly built on PR4 Catalina. PR4 for Big Sur release will just be standalone build while we get the plug-ins on Big Sur updated after the launch tomorrow.

We have to make totally separate builds for macOS Catalina and Big Sur for driver reasons, sadly we cannot combine them into one binary that works across both macOS 10.15/11.

If I would update from Catalina to Big Sur Public release when it will be released later today, would the currently available Octane X PR2 Plugin for Blender still work?
Or does Big Sur in any case require PR4 and updated DCC plugins (which are not available yet)?

I just downloaded the plugins and 18.0.566 seems to be the "newest"

Where do I need to put in lacking features?

I'd love to see pan and zoom working reliably on the Mac Trackpad just like in any other node editor. Hitting Space also should be re-configurable to another shortcut. Right now it always brings up the Search Menu (which ideally would be consistent with shift + c).

Shadowcatcher and sub_materials don't work properly. If you create a metallic sub_material and try to change it's color in the specular channel, it won't change the color but will do so if it's a standalone material.

Otherwise really promising! Love the progress here. Thanks so much for making this happen.

I run demo PR 1 on c4d but there's a pop up “There is no CUDA device which is supported by Octane Render”. Did you manage this in PR4 or it's just for Intel Iris plus 655 that I'm not able to use octane?
