UserPrefs AddOn Blender Not showing up

INstalled using administrator etc
Windows

DOWNLOAD (both distributives must be reinstalled, they depend on each other)

Blender Octane Edition - 21.15 (2.83.7)
Octane Server - Enterprise Edition - 2.83.7

Can activate the server from the icon tray etc

But in Blender 2.83.1

Under Edit. preferences. Addons octane does not show up

Any ideas

Can you better clarify the issue?
21.15 as documented in the download page, is Blender 2.83.7 integration, not 2.83.1.
