Reducing RTX 3080 power usage?

Hello!

I've just purchased a new workstation with twin 3080RTX.

thing is, the way the motherboard is build - there was no way to install the GPU cards without them being close to eachother. because of that - the top card reaches around 85 degrees while working (the bottom one is less than 60...but the heat it omits effects the card above).

we improved cooling as much as we could, and also installed some software that tests the GPU and enables limiting the power usage. when it's limited to 95% - the temperature goes down significantly. I wanted to know if there's a way to limit the power usage in octane as well, just like in Afterburner?
Core I7-8700K, 32RAM, GTX1080Ti, win10

I suggest asking this question in the Octane General Discussion forum rather than the Poser forum, which is specifically for the Poser plugin.
