Is there a way to use the denoiser without flickering in animation?

Do you mean flickering splotches? Or are whole frames flickering?
If you are talking about splotches, there are several things you can try.
- Increase the sample count (this will reduce high frequency noise which will reduce splotches)
- Adjust the caustic blur
If not, could you show me an example of the flickering?

yeah splotches , increasing the samples might not be a good solution , I will check the other solution and let you know .
this plugin is unbelievable ! , we really need it to be finalized ASAP , especially motion blur, volume and particles , I also noticed it doesn't support decals .
I also would like to upgrade it to my subscription but I don't know how .
thanks

Motion blur works when you export to ORBX, and render out in standalone. The sequencer ORBX exporter will generate the motion vectors during export, providing motion blur.motion blur, volume and particles , I also noticed it doesn't support decals .
The other features are on the feature list.
Licensing is a bit of a mystery for me aswel. You should be able to use the studio and enterprise tiers for the unreal plugin if you have a studio or enterprise license.I also would like to upgrade it to my subscription but I don't know how .
If you dont have a license you can just get one from shop page.

Also turn on static noise, won't reduce the blots but make them less flickery
