Embergen FX - how do you get it working?

I downloaded EmbergenFX 0.5.5.0 but I cannot get it running. I get the login pop-up when running the exe and put in my user name and PW...then I get a 'not licensed' error and it closes. I have a subscription...not sure what I'm missing here.

Hi Greg - I suggest asking this in the General forum. I haven't tried Embergen FX yet.
