Hi there,
just trying out octane, and love it so far!
But i am wondering: How do i do lights like a lamp(s) in a corridor (example)?
And: Can i save pictures rendered with the demo?
Cheers

You must model the lamps casing and place a light-emitting source inside in order to simulate a real spotlight effect.Bildermensch wrote:Hi there,

Light emitters are not present in the 2.2 demo, so you can't do internal lighting. And you can't save, but you can take a screen shot.

Ok,
screendump is a solution.
Regarding the lamp / lights issue: Is that included in the full version?
Cheers
