Hi, I haven't been using Octane much since January. I'll be finishing a project within the next couple of months and am looking to do the next one using Octane in Blender. I'm curious on what determines how fast newer versions of Blender gain Octane support? I Noticed 2.83 got Octane support within a month, whereas other versions may take farther in between.
I only ask because Blender 2.90 has a multi-res revamp that is essential for my next project. I'm sure there will be 2.90 Octane support by the end of the year but I'm still curious about the question.
Thank you
What determines which Blender version gets Octane support?

We're about to release 2.83.7.
2.9 will be released within a couple of weeks.
To answer your question, normally integrating a brand new version takes about 2 weeks, while 0.x updates require days.
