object unseen in passes - is it possible ?

Hi,
i've a scene with a volumetric box to simulate fog.
Box has a specular material with scattering medium, i prefer this to using Scatter node into Render target's environment so i can decide where volumetric starts and ends.
Problem is this box is visible into Material and object ID and in Zbuffer passes, so it's quite disturbing since i've to render scene twice - with and without box - just to have correct passes.
Is there a way to hide this box in passes only ?
