We have a standalone pipleline with 2019.1.5 but want to add Houdini to the same version.

The latest Houdini builds supported by the 2019.1.5.0 plugin build are H17.5.460 and H18.0.287. If you are still working with these old Houdini versions, you should be able to use it without problems, but to work with the latest H18.0 production builds, you are going to need to update Octane to the latest 2020.1.5.0 build.
