How can I make IPR window render exact resolution per monitor pixel even if Layout is at 1.25 scale ?
IPR window gets larger by 25%, I can use Octane option to enlarge IPR render but how to make IPR window size exactly the same as resolution in Camera properties ?

Did you enabled HiDPi scaling in octane options and set factor to 1.25 ?

This only scales IPR render inside the IPR window, this does not affect the size of IPR window.

The render resolution is always the same for any Layout GUI scale. The image is upscaled by the IPR OpenGL widget to match the GUI scale (this is why you can see scaling artifacts), but the underlying rendering is done using the original IPR resolution.
