Error launching 3ds Max

Hey guys, I migrate from Win7 to Win10, deactivated the licenses and I have just installed Octane Standalone and Octane for Max and I'm getting this error message:



Could anyone help me, please?

Hi Aleklicho,
unistall Octane for 3dSMax, then re-install it, keep closing 3dSMax during the installaion setup.
During SA setup, did you install cuDNN library?

Hi paride!
I did it, uninstall Octane for Max, then reinstall it, but error persists.
Octane Standalone Works fine, and yes, I istalled cdDNN library.
I don't know what's going on. I'll keep trying.

did you get all 3ds Max 2016 Service Pack?
did you change any path installer?

Until yesterday, I was running Octane in this PC with Windows 7, and then install Windows 10, 3ds Max and Octane Standalone and Octane for Max in a brand new SSD disk.

So, I'havent changed my desktop PC, but I have new Windows in a new disk, and I keep the old disk but my bootable installation is from the SSD Win10.

Maybe I did something wrong.
