Textures not loaded when merging from a different folder

I need to solve this problem, Textures are not loaded when merging from a different folder OR import despite textures are present in the folder were originally opened the model is correct. Anywhere I should look? this also apply on Material Conversion most of the time always importing the model ffrom a Library of mine

Hi justix,
it sounds like something common in 3dsmax. You would check the list of the assets in the scene, the path that they are associated with and whether or not they are found "3dsmax > preference > asset tracking toogle".
If there are any "Not Found" assets you can do a "right-click > Set Path" and point it to where the asset is located on your computer.
