I have two current Enterprise Standalone and Enterprise All-Access Plugin subscriptions but when I try to run Embergen with my Otoy credentials, it says "Not Licensed". What do I have to do here?
The EmbergenFX and (when it gets to beta) sculptron are linked to RNDR credits/apps/services - all part of all access. Can you confirm that works when you visit RNDR.otoy.com?

I sent an email to support about the "Not Licensed" error and within a few minutes got a reply that there was a bug in my account and that it was now fixed, which it was. Probably the fastest support resolution I have ever experienced. Thank you support!
