Is there a way to have a decen underwater like scene setup with mapped caustics, godrays and fog in octane?

You can fake the caustics with a multiplied caustic map on albedo and emission to give it some lighting. Caustics can be drawn on Z-Axis, so they fade off on vertical faces.
God rays are hard for calculation. I ended up faking them in After Effects with Optical Flares plugin. But in my case a panorama with over 150.000px was necessary. So for small scenes it could be fine.
Fog can be done with Octane_Daylight or a fog volume.
