Texture not sticking to a moving object

I created a convey belt then applied grunge texture over it hoping the texture would move with the belt but it doesn't seem to be working out that way, the weird thing is though in octane render window it seems to move just fine but when I render it out it's broken any idea whats going on? Difficult to say, probably something strange in material assignment and projection.
If you are in c4doctane, a workaround could be to use a null to control the projection, and animate it accordingly.

Yea i'm in c4d octane, It seems to work fine in a UVW map mode but then I'm not getting the look I want which cubic works great, but thats the one that seems to break it for some reason
You could freeze the Cubic projection with Bodypaint.
