Bump maps and UVW transforms acting weird

Jay, I noticed this as well. Due to NDA`s I can`t post an example, will try to add one when I can. I think I noticed it -and just took some time to work around it/use a different approach- when scaling a large bump/normal (RGB) map in order to get micro bumps/flakes. I think in the end the OSL map flakes.osl did the trick.
