Activation issues with Octane Blender plugin (free tier)

Hello,

Anyone having an activation issue where everything is "active" but not connecting to the server?

Here's what I wrote to Support:

I just downloaded and installed both the new Octane Blender Free tier plugin and had to use a couple of unlocks to figure out what is going on with the licensing and getting it to work.

Still at a loss as everything seems to be activated but as you can see, it's not connecting to the server.

Can someone explain what I have to do to get it to work and reset all my unlocks?

I've downloaded and used previous versions but super frustrating to try to figure this out.

Okay. All resolved now. Support contacted me pretty quickly. Don't know what the actual solve was but restarted the machine and launched and everything seems to be working now.
