Colours Not Right

I am using a photoshop file for a label, and the rendered output is not matching the original file for colour.

The top of this grab is the render, the bottom, the photoshop file.

I never normally have this problem, and I'm using the methods I normally use, anyone got any suggestions?

Hello!
First, make sure your Photoshop file is in RGB and not CMYK.
second, if you add shading and lighting, your colors will be different, as the model you are applying texture on is reacting to it.
