Authentication did not succeed

Hello there,

Since today I can't Start the Octane Plugin in C4D (can't login to my Octane account). A message appears "Authentication did not succeed" (See screenshot) as soon as I enter my username and passwort. Any Ideas?

Hi Oly,
the error message reports that you have entered the wrong credentials.
Please note that you need to use the username listed here, not the forum username, that could be different:
https://render.otoy.com/account/index.php?

Thank you beppe. It still didn't work, but after resetting my PW 5 times or so, it finally works again....
