I have recently installed the demo for the 2020 plug in for Octane for Cinema 4D R20.
Cinema 4d will not fully start up, once it scans for plug-ins it hangs.
I've installed it in the plug-in folder of Cinema 4d :C:\Program Files\MAXON\Cinema 4D R20\plugins
I've also tried installing it to C:\Users\yorobi\AppData\Roaming\Maxon\Cinema 4D R20_4FA5020E
I've tried the same with older versions of Octane as well, but the same happens.
I'm running windows X 64 bit
Have a i9-9900
32gig ram
Gigabyte geforce rtx 2080 super Gaming
Cinema 4d R.20.059
thank you!
Cinema 4D won't start with the 2020 demo plug-in of Octane

Hi,
please, navigate to C:\Program Files\Maxon\Cinema 4D R20\corelibs directory, and share a complete screenshot of the folder, thanks.
ciao Beppe

Hi Beppe,
I finally managed to do it.
So instead of installing it by copy pasting it from folder to folder, I go went through cinema, opened up the folder location in the preferences, pasted the drivers. closed Cinema and there it was upon reboot. Not sure why this worked and all the other variations of copy-paste did not.
