Hello! I am trying to use Octane within Daz Studio using the Octane plugin. I would like to know if it is possible to copy the materials that Octane automatically converts in Daz Studio and use them in Octane in Cinema 4D.
Thanks!
Copy materials from Octane in Daz to Cinema 4D
Hi,
save the Octane material from DAZ to LocalDB, then import back the materials from LocalDB to c4doctane plugin.
You can also export an .orbx, and import back into c4doctane, but it will be editable only in Standalone.
ciao Beppe

Thanks!
Sorry, I’m not a DAZ user, but you can export your scene to Standalone, then save the materials from there to LocalDB:
