Can I stop and de-noise rendered picture in Blender same way I can do in stand-alone one?

In Standalone if you stop rendering it stops rendering, denoising and it deletes the render result.

I mean I can pause the current image render and save denoised result once I consider it's good enough. How can I do so in Blender?

You can open the Octane Viewport using the Show Octane Viewport option and do it from there. Consider it an experimental feature.

When I open it I see just gray empty window with only 'priority" button active. No button to start rendering .

You need to start rendering first. Either a viewport render or final render.
