Hi Folks,
I haven't been around for ages but I'd like to get back into it with Blender and Octane etc. I've downloaded the two files, OctaneServer_Enterprise_2020.1_21.7_beta and Blender_Octane_Edition_2020.1_21.7_stable but get this message ..

The procedure entry point cuDeviceGetUuid could not be located in
the dynamic link library C;\ProgramFiles\OctaneServerPrime\Octane.dll.

Can someone tell me what that actually means .. Thanks

Is this because I'm using a different computer setup and signed in with an older setup ... Please help, I'd really like to get this up and running ... Thanks

Did you download the latest NVIDIA drivers?

Hi, Yes, NVIDIA drivers are updated. I've only got an old gtx 570 running in there but it should be ok .. I hope. I've also updated Windows. I just can't figure what's gone wrong.

Be sure to be updating your graphic driver without using Geforce Experience. Did you download your drivers from the NVIDIA site directly?

Hi cheeseburger,

Unfortunately i'm pretty sure that the older 500 series cards are not supported anymore. Also with only 1.2 Gbytes of vram you will not be able to render much. :(

Hi, from the Otoy shop:
Product specifications:

Requires a CUDA® 10 capable NVIDIA® graphics card.
Meant SDK 10.
At least GTX 700 series is supported.
