hi all am having a challenge with normal map in octane, it renders quite alright but it reveals my polymesh and gives it some sort of layering look, could it be because i didn't subdivide my mesh to get it smoother, am weary of high polycount and memory issues since am currently using a 880gt. but its not the same in maya and mentalray

i attached screen grabs for u to get a better idea thanks a zillion
