I never heard about a "Prime" version? What is that?kibbycabbit wrote:Studio, Enterprise, Perpetual, V3, V2, V1, All-Access, etc. and now I have Prime Standalone expiring in 2 weeks...
With soon to be expired Prime. How do you guys get perpetual subscription?? Is it free?
What is the correct subscription for the hobbyists that play with them?
There was talk about a free tier, I don't know if that has happened yet?
I guess you need a "Studio Subscription", although it's restricted to 2 GPUs. You find it under "Rent".
If you want to use more GPUs or network render, you need the "Enterprise Subscription".
And you have to buy a perpetual license. It's the "Enterprise Box License" under "Buy".
You pay for 12 months of maintenance and after that you own v2020. If you then decide not to subscribe any longer you can't use 2021 and so on, but the 2020 is yours.
