Hi Paul,

Is it possible to import an ORBX created in standalone into Rhino? I have done half the work in standalone and would like to save it as ORBX and import into Rhino for the final render. Other half is in Rhino. Is this possible?

Alternately can you recommend a way to import an OBJ file into Rhino without losing material definition? Currently the OBJ file looks fine in standalone but when I import it into Rhino the entire mesh comes on one layer and no material information is carried over.

Thanks,
Azims

Hi. You can assign an .ORBX file as a Geometry Proxy. https://docs.otoy.com/RhinoH/RhinoPlugi ... tryTab.htm
