At this point might as well wait for a public release together with 10.15.5 ... 
You guys really need to stop announcing things... you're not good at it. We are now closer to the next WWDC then we are to the beginning of the year when you originally said the beta would be out by.Goldorak wrote:Quesiton fo everyone - what if we put out a test version of Octane X for 10.154 - but without OSL/texture shaders? In this case, I think it was Apple who made the announcement. And it also seems to largely be on Apple that the product can't be released yet. I work for a producing company (middle-man between the end-client and production companies). Guess who's to blame if we make a claim to our end-client and the production company drops the ball? We are, we take responsibility for our final product and we don't pass the blame when someone we relied on fails to come though. It's not the end-clients fault we didn't set correct expectations. We make it right with out clients so they come to rely on us in the future.
