My apologies if this isint the correct part of the forums to ask this question.

Are designs created with the forester plugin free to be used in commercial projects, and used on prints, clothing designs, etc? I've emailed the 3dquakers team but have not heard back, and cannot find anything explicitly about commercial use or royalty free use on their website. I'd just like a confirmation before using the plugin on any projects that may be monetized in the future.

Has anyone here had experience with this in the past and successfully used it in commercial works that were profited from?

Thank you,

It would seem that crippling the use for commercial purposes would relegate the Forester utility to amateurs. They would need to warn you upfront.

Makes sense, thanks Tony. I wish they just said it somewhere for peace of mind

I've used forester in many commercial projects. If you own it, its yours.

I suspect its just like any other plugin.. - you can’t sell its objects or create collections of trees for example to sell. but you can use it as part of a product. IE rendered image / movie etc.
You can always write support to see what they say.
