ERR: failed load data array

anyone ever get this error?

ERR:the following error occurred while reading a binary blob: failed load data array

I can open this file on my laptop, but it crashes my desktop. Anything I can do to fix it?

I’ve changed all greyscale images to be “Float” instead of “Normal” and that seems to have fixed it. I also switched all greyscale images to RGB in photoshop, but this was most likely unnecessary.

Did you changed the version?
Delete directory content and restart c4d
