Motion Blur Technic problem

Hi,

I've got an Octane Camera which is parented to a box of champagne bottle. This box is in a boat. The boat start to move, so the box fly on the floor.

I want to set up motion blur for these frames.

I want the the bottle and the box without motion blur (because the camera is attached) but i want the boat to be blurred because of box movement but not because of boat acceleration in the world space.

And i tried a lot of things without success

What things did you try, and with what results? Have you read the section in the manual about motion blur? Are you getting blur where you don't want it, or no blur at all? What are your camera settings? Did you set a reasonable shutter speed? Are you getting different results in the Live Viewer vs the Picture Viewer? etc.

I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but asking good questions usually gets good answers, and you'll learn a lot more along the way.

That having been said, you probably just need to stick an Octane Object Tag on your boat hierarchy.

Logic is different. You can't define which is mblurred, you can define which is movable object for motion blur engine. The way to put Object Tag and adjust motionblur parameter in that.
