Octane does not see object

Hello,
I'm new to Octane

I load a file (mesh, obj, exported from rhino properly - chcecked) but the program seems not see the geometry. What am I doing wrong with this?

Hi albrechtmyers,
please navigate to your Control Panel/Nvidia Control Panel, press the System Informations link, and share a screenshot like this.
