Is there any way that a paying customer can receive a Product Manual for the Product that was purchased that is readable and without the infinite grammatical errors that only confuse and offer no help.
Is this the way Otoy shows its support for paying customers by publishing probably the most grammatically incorrect document I have ever read online in the digital age. I mean at least employ google translate.
As a paying customer I expect a understandable and "spelling corrected" product manual or you have broken the terms of agreement and according to my lawyer, we can all make a case for reimbursing payments received.
Ridiculous.
READABLE MANUAL

THE product manual for Octane for C4D, what other manual is there if I am writing in this forum. Wake UP!!
Kind enough..wtf, how many years have you been collecting money and have had the chance to create a coherent and readable product manual, yet still nothing!!! Payment is still collected!
Wanting to help is not always helping. Correct the Manual so we can all ACTUALLY READ AND LEARN!!!
It is unreadable and if it was done correctly, then this forum would quiet down.
From your answer Aoktar, my point is made 100%!

Ahmet maintains his own documentation repo for the C4D plug-in outside of our repo on otoy.com so he can quickly cover new features in the latest versions that have been released in rapid order since V4. We plan to sync our docs to his once 2020 stable is out and will help do a grammar/spelling pass as well.
I've got to be honest, I really like the manual that we have for the C4D version - it has very nice examples, is straightforward and it tries to cover most of the features. Would I want it to have better grammar? Yeah, why not but even after giving it an extensive read I can't say I remember coming across a sentence that I wouldn't understand. It's not the best grammatically speaking but also not the worst, in my opinion at least.
I'd like to give props to Aoktar for keeping it so updated. I for sure appreciate it. With some help (thank you Goldorak for chiming in) it can only get better. And I really like that mentality

The problem is the mentality of Otoy. So the developer develops the plugin, replies at the forum, handle bug reports and writes the manual.
As much as I appreciate Aoktars damn hard work, I must say that yes, the manual is always behind and something is always missing. I can't believe otoy cant hire one extra person who handles such things.

Jules said on FB they are actively searching for support for the C4D plugin. He didn't mention manual but UX/UI which is another huge point. Lets see if there is something coming in the near future or if it is another Otoy typicaly - "we are activley working on it, it will come soon".... never heard of it again - situation.
