What do you mean by Local Mode?
Do you have steps to reproduce the crash?

By "Local mode" I meant a mode to display only selected object – it's called "Toggle local view" – shortcut is a backslash "/" key or "/" key on numpad keyboard.

Step to reproduce the crash:
- go to rendered view mode
- select one object
- and then isolate it with numpad slash.
