Selling/deleting my Octane licence?

Hello,

in the hypothetical scenario where we don't need any Octane licences anymore (and therefore our account altogether) is there anything we can do to sell our licences? Or are we bound to own them forever? Maybe give them away? Or delete our account?

My boss asked me to find out what our options would be in the described scenario.
