Second GPU showing no utilization

Hi all,

I'm running 2 ASUS GTX 1080s and the second newly installed card isn't showing any processing utilization in task manager performance window. One is maxing at 100% Cuda and the other is rarely hitting 2-4%.

Is this normal? How can I test to make sure the cards are performing as they should?

you can see real usages in on-screen info of Live Viewer. Even you can compare times by switching the gpus.
