Hi,
I've noticed that when i try to render out an animation the scene recalculates every frame and shows "updating shaders". As the frames go on, this takes longer and longer, drastically slowing down the render process. Yet it renders perfectly fine with no issues in the viewport. Is there any fix for this?
Animation "Updating Shaders" every frame
This is a known issue that is not fixed yet.
You can either export your animation to ORBX format and render in Standalone app or render your animation in plugin for Blender 2.79 that does not suffer from this issue.

We've just implemented the Object Type option in our internal build, available soon. This solves the issue with unneeded updates.hugokday wrote:Hi,
