There is a feature not supported by the 'on the fly' scene translation that would be really nice to get implemented. That's the 'projection parameters' in the texture locator attached to a texture.
Specifically, Octane ignores the U and V tile offset parameters, the horizontal and vertical wrap parameters, the horizontal and vertical repeat option parameters, and the UV rotation parameter. I make use of these quite a bit in my workflow and it would be really nice to see them supported.
support for UV transforms

U/V tile offset doesnt work, but everything else you mentioned already works.
The horizontal/vertical REPEAT options have limited support, because not all of them have an equivalent option in Octane (see the octane image node BORDER MODE)

Thanks for the correction! I had noticed that some of my projects that had been set up for the built in renderer had the textures in the wrong place when rendered in Octane, so I mistakenly assumed that all of the UV transform parameters were being ignored. I do use the UV offset parameters a lot, and the "reset" UV repeat option is pretty handy.
I will see if this change is possible in the next release.
